For about 3000 years Qi Gong is being used in order to cultivate and maintain life energy. Qi Gong is the origin of Chinese medicine and it is still a part of it. Regular Qi Gong exercises aim at activating the body's self-healing capacity and at preventing diseases.
It is particularly effective to do the exercises amid the powerful natural scenery of Plitvice national park .
We are going to start our days every morning with an activating Qi Gong exercise, called 'Eight Brocades Qi Gong'.
During the day, we are going to explore the surroundings and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
In the evenings, we are going to find rest and relaxation with a meditative Qi Gong exercise called 'Yi Qi Gong'.
